Michael Buono, president, has over 30 years of experience in the concrete restoration and waterproofing industry. He started his career in 1986 working for Stonhard as a Regional Sales Manager, and in 1996 started his own business. Michael specializes in parking deck restorations, mechanical room waterproofing in high rise buildings, coating, and lining for containment industries and decorative epoxy flooring of all applications. Together with a highly skilled experienced staff, Michael provides highly durable systems and practical solutions for a wide variety of business needs.

Currently, our team size is 40 employees, including an administrative staff of 6 employees, and 6 foremen on site field supervisors each with over 20 years in the industry. Our main area of business is the tri-state area, however SPS has since expanded with the opening 2 locations in Florida, one in Palm Harbor (west coast) and a second in Fort Lauderdale (east coast). We have successfully competed installations in the Washington, DC, Arlington, VA and Florida.
